2008 Singapore GP - Race 15/18

Sorry, front top wishbones.

k. Id be more worried about floors though?

thats the main issue, you run wide, your wheel stays on tarmac on the OTHER side of the kurb and bang, those bricks hit your expensive floor/tray and rip it to streads.

I really dont know who the hell even passed that design for a kurb, its a bit of a joke really.

I can't see the problem really, it is a dangerous curb, you go a bit wider and don't hit it like you would usually, drivers can try and use it like they would normal, at a better speed, but they run the risk of damaging there car.

F1 under lights in dramitc looking city with great atmosphere = WIN!

Narrow track with barriers everywhere and no long straights on a street circuit as part of Bernies drive to ditch tradition curcuits in favor of money rich boring street tracks that produce absolutely no racing = EPIC FAIL!

The pictures from this trac wil look great. F1 cars under floodlights is going to look awsome. Unfortunately, i fail to see how such a ticght and twisty track with no room for error and no long straights is going to provide any excitement at all. Snooze fest!

EDIT: Live practive in 27 mins: http://www.itv-f1.com/VideoLive.aspx and some decent commentary too: http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/live/live_sportsextra_int.asx

Perhaps they could have a burst water main leaking water, in one key area of the circuit to make the race more exciting? This way you get your F1 race in a rich city, with great night shots and with the unpredictability that a wet track brings?
