What the hell, i read the title as Terminating a teenage pregnancy. I think I am a bit tired :S

I'd defiantly change the date the rent is due, at least if you change it to a few days after they claim they get paid, they cannot use that excuse.

what would you gain by evicting them anyway? The way I see it, if you chuck them out, you're going to have no rent instead of late rent until you find new tenants that will pay on time.
