New iPod Touch 2G

Does anyone know of a good case for the 2nd gen ipod touch that retains its normal shape? Dont want anything flashy, just something simple that will protect the back of the iPod since they are so prone to scratching.

Seen this "Belkin Simple Silicone Sleeve for iPod touch 2nd Generation (3 Pack)" which seems decent and cheap (would only use the black one of the three). Anyone know what its like?

I quite fancied one of these, mainly because of the large screen for viewing videos, although the only thing that seems to be putting my off (besides reports of poor audio) is the capacity!! I would only stretch to buy the 16GB version, but at over £40 more than the 120GB classic, I struggle to justify it, is the classic worth it? I would also ask if the batteries are easily replacable, I currently have an iPod mini which I had to buy new battery for, it didnt come out of the surgery very well :(

Yea its the 1G. Still sealed. I payed a total of £155 including next day delivery. Total sham of a seller. The whole page has the new 2G model with pictures and all clearly showing the volume controls. Probably should have just got it from Apple, which i will do when i get my refund, but i thought i was getting a bit of a bargain here :(

Unlucky. I saw a deal on the site that has loads of UK based bargains listed on it last week. It was for some etailer who was selling the new ipods (nano and touch). They were offering 30 pounds off 1st order deal for new customers. I forget the name of the etailer and can't find the link now. I suspect that is the only way you will get a cheaper one apart from auction sites. They are too new to be selling below RRP without a catch tbh.

Edit: Found the site. They have new nanos, but only old Touches :)

I know the site you are talking about and i placed an order with them last week :D. However they were out of stock and the delivery time was slated for the 10th October so i cancelled it. Probably will be that time by the time i get this sorted :(
