Sorry but that is very misleading. There is no way anyone would anyone who had lost so much weight remain looking such naturally thin.
Plus you would have thought the tide would have gone out between taking the photographs?

Ah I see. What is good is taking a photo of your self every week. Then in 3 months time, take a look back, but don't look at the pictures till then.
You will be amazed.

I lost conderably less weight and have excess skin which is impossible to shift. Its annoying because I'm actually pretty fit, yet I don't look it. I'm never going to let my children get fat.
Best of luck with your goals.
Do you know if the 'excess skin' thing only happens when you lose weight very rapidly Nitefly? I've been dropping weight quite steadily since about November last year (~19 kilos lost at the moment) and if/when I do reach my target weight I'll be annoyed if I'm left with big flaps of saggy skin where my belly used to be and under my arms etc.

I'm not a slim guy, and I would like to lose a bit of weight. But I can't help but think this is an INCREDIBLY bad way of losing weight. You will easily just put it ALL back on again.
My plan of action is basically to cut out all junk food, eat more fruit instead, drink plenty of water, get out more and do more walking instead of using the car (increase my CV activity), and get on our multigym at home to tone my muscles.
The first few days are hard, but i've done it before and seen results. Think I might give it a stab again actually. Think i'll start on Monday though i've got stuff on this weekend LOL.
multi gym, home, tone muscles = i think i just died![]()
