remember this is with games that are faulty or do not do what they say they do.
It does what itsays, and it isnt faulty, the op admitted he just didnt like it. This isnt an argument about faulty goods.
I cant be bothered to rise to you arrogant and offensive post, if you wanna de rail the topic and poke at what i do for a living, which i have NO shame in, thats fine, have at it...
but if the customer knows his rights then he will run circles around low paid shop managers/supervisors and employees
But i will say this, better people then you have tried, ive had lawyers take my name and address to attempt to threaten legal action to get a refund, hell, ive even had threats of physical violence because i wouldnt open the till and hand them there money back, but it all ends the same way, you leave the shop, as potless as when you entered...
If you believe otherwise, or have even had success with your "rights", brilliant, top stuff, but try and make that fly in my store, and youll get nothing but conversation and oxygen.
I know you would love to think im a sheep, a knuckle dragging employee who stands behind the till spouting lines like a robot, but im not, im a retail worker who spends way too much time in forums seeing first hand how folks like you spit venom about your rights behind the relative anonymity of the internet, but sound like a lawyer on prozac when you standing 2 ft infront of me.
Good luck to you sir.
End of discussion, my apologies to the original poster.
