"Ghost" Picture

My sister was in Rome and took this picture, there was no one there before the picture was taken.
They're convinced it's a ghostHowever it was taken using an £80 digital camera, so I'm guessing that's more to do with it? Though it's definitely weird.

Its a very weird ghost because its in 2 parts.
The legs are way more forward than the top half and its not somebody leaning backwards either.
However after googling its a fact that the ghosts in Rome are like that.

For a start, the ghost is wearing trainers...and the jeans/trousers are tight...And you can see where the rest of the head/torso lines up faintly with the most visible leg as well.
It's just blur more than likely as stated...I didn't think you could get overlaying could actually happen with digital cameras....as they're digital

You pull that from the EXIF?
1/2 a second? You'd have got Usain Bolt on there, never mind someone ambling across like that.
