Which one should I get guys, regardless of cost. I'm inclined to go with Sony again...
Answers within next 35 minutes would be awesome.

I beg you not to choose C902 :( I currently have it - worst phone I have ever had :(
Very slow and buggy! I set alarms and they don't go off. It randomly freezes. It randomly turns itself off!
I've searched the net and it seems quite a few have the same problem!

I'd say either the Viewty or N95 - in my opinion it'd be the Viewty - I find the N95 a bit too bulky :p

don't say that...i have just got a c902! :(

Don't get a new phone now wait a month, or if you must get one now get a N96.

Why get a N95 when its 2 years old? And the Viewty sucks mega wang (and is now about a year old).

How does the Viewty suck? Whats wrong with it guys?

This post is cobbled together from an argument I had with someone else here about the Viewty...

1) Mine reproducibly crashed any time I tried to check my e-mail via IMAP, as it insisted on trying to download 300 messages each time for some stupid reason, which clearly overran it's memory. Other phones download a limited number, say 10 at a time, which makes much more sense. The phone also crashed every time I exited the Google Mail app, and another one, I forget which, possibly Opera Mini. It also occasionally locked up and the touch screen wouldn't respond, so I had to turn the whole thing off and start it again.

2) The multi-tasking is a joke, like how you can't run the radio and a Java app (Opera Mini, for example) at the same time.

3) the touch screen is a pain in the arse to use. I found it shuttled between being overly responsive and very irresponsive. It also had difficulty discerning a scroll from a click, so scrolling through menus was a chore.

4) the battery life is awful. I barely got 2 1/2 days out of it, with a couple of hours radio, some web browsing and a couple of very short calls. The battery meter is no help as it drops from half full to dead phone in hours without warning.

5) The jog dial around the camera lens is difficult to use. It's a pain when you're using the camera, because it's by the lens. It also begs for getting fingerprints on the lens. It's also difficult when you're using the phone itself, because you're reaching round the back of the phone, rather than just to the side.

6) I found the UI slow and the menus unintuitively organised.

7) The case felt fragile, and having to take the back off and remove the battery to get at the memory card is a pain in the neck.

8) The connector for the headphones/charger/usb cable also felt dodgy, like it would break easily.

I really, really didn't like it.

I had the latest Viewty. Sold it on. It was utter crap. The only thing good was the video recording which was a lot better than my n95, but I still stuck with my n95. Got it over a year ago and I see no reason to get a new phone. The symbian OS is simply too good to give up. I might bite with newer android phones though.
