*** Saints Row 2 - Official Thread ***

Looking forward to playing this. I managed to pick it up for £2 as I found £38 of vouchers I thought I'd lost. Not played it yet as I want to have a good session with it, and with Fable 2 and Dead Space this weekend I'd just end up playing it then dumping it. I think I'll be saving this till Christmas when I've got 2 weeks off to spend some time with it :)
 
Petrol station nearby, go in and buy some drinks, then go to the drive in and drink them :)

Just done an escort mission collecting an old lady! Oh the dialogue! lol

I'm 30 missions in and there's no let up, it's a fantastic game, much better than I expected.
It's a tough call between this and GTA4, but i'm beginning to lean towards SR2... not as good graphically, but definitely more fun.

Yep :D

Had 6 of them in, the cop bailed on the first speedbump :D

The rest were taken to the top of the multi-story, where I drove off and made it rain :)

Also messed around with the gf's brother, who had a pickup at the bottom of the multistory, I walked a cop up to the top and hurled him onto the flatbed :D

really good game lots of fun to be had and the activity's are a bit better than the first game, driving is still shocking though but much more fun than GTA.
 
Played about 13-15 hours of this so far, and have still yet to properly start the missions. Had a curious thing happen earlier whilst playing, I had just taken care of a hitman target and was taking a shortcut through the cemetary, when I heard a guy shouting, I looked around and this fellow fell from the sky right into the open grave. I nearly wet myself laughing.

I have a feeling this game still has a hell of a lot more to offer.

This game is extremely fun. Just completed the Samedi gangs. Although I'm annoyed that Fable2 is coming out so close. Going to have to skip between the two.

Excellent game. Better than GTA? Tough one, its not for me personally.
 
All i,ve done is mess around mostly,bought a few cribs,and 4% of the main game.
Its really is fun(a good reason to game i say),and i find the driving to be better than GTA4,unlike most of the comments i,ve seen.
I,m going to get stuck into the missions proper later today,but its so easy to just mess about,and get sidetracked,lol.:cool:
 
clothing improves ya rep as you get style points.

Anyone else found the secret ultor underground 'pyramid' thing? Its like a giant weapons stash, shame you cant take the guns :(
