I meant already in the UK actually! Not to mention they are £27,000 and £30,000 + shipping costs (£700-£1700) + conversion to UK stuff = £LOTS
You're going to have to get an import dealer to do it for you, or get an import agent and do it yourself, it might as well be the latter, since I don't know any import dealers with one in stock or on the way.

Well it's obvious, take yer bike test and get a 2008 Blade
- Must be as quick or quicker then my Teg both in a straight line and round the twisty bits - by a factor of several times
- Reliable - yup
- Cheap(ish) to service - well no more expensive than a scoob
- Capable of 30mpg+ on long runs - hell yeah
- Involving to drive - you'll NEVER fall asleep at wheel
- Budget about £15k - you'd get a minter for 7-8k, then blow the rest on a little hot hatch or sumthin
Best of all, it's probably twice as fast as the fastest car mentioned so far in this thread.. can't say fairer than that

Exactly. My brother is a keen rider and he's come off a few times and broke a few things. His best mate has lost the use of his legs due to a car not seeing him and pulling out of a junction.

That statement has just instantly put me off getting my licence (been thinking about it for a while). Thinking that it's the other idiots on the road causing a massive chunk of the bad rep biking gets is enough. Damn shame
