Banjo Nuts and Bolts Demo

This game RRPs for £49.99 in the UK, and $39.99 in the USA. So basically a budget title in the USA but full price here (Obviously street prices will be lower for both, but in effect it's a 20 quid game in USA).

Ripoff if you ask me. It is worth 20 quid. Maybe MS know Americans are not stupid enough to pay full price for this but think UK are?

Good game, not really worth more than £24.99 imo.

I wasn't impressed by the demo at all :( Cancelled my pre-order now.
I think I'll buy Banjo Kazooie on the N64 for £5 instead :D Then maybe get this later on when it's much cheaper.

The original is coming to XBLA and i think Tooie will be as well.

I know :) I had the deal where you got the original on XBLA free if you pre-ordered. But as I'm cancelling my pre-order, it'd be much cheaper to just buy it on the N64 than pay 1200 points for it on XBLA :D Probably be able to get both for that price!

I quite enjoyed this.

However, I think it'll get boring quite quickly if the demo is anything to go off, complete tasks in a world, completely centered around vehicles, then go and do the same in a new zone.

The vehicles and the workshop etc are a good idea, and the scale of some of the stuff you can make in the full version looks pretty awesome, but it seems like everything revolves around them, it would have been much better if they were just a little novelty to get around and use for a few quests, not every one.

The main things i thought of when i heard it was vehicle based was a crossover of Diddy Kong Racing and Banjo. I quite like the fact they have not gone all platformer and introduced vehiclesto the gameplay.

I was hoping for an expanded traditional Banjo style gameplay but the world's as large as they are i guess vehicles will be needed. If i the original banjo game to play then i'll wait for Tooie as i never played it.
