Im sorry but just cant let this one go which i think for the PC gamming is one of the most disasterous landmarks. I have played Call Of Dutyfor more hours than i care to think about, and have played all cod games (first being the definative and best). I have still continued to support the series despite these game creators trying their best to mess it up and watch as it has become increasingly "arcadey" and therefore worse. COD4 i thought although dumbed down for the console users did have some things to offer in certain areas. I thought CODWAW would be pretty much identical to cod4 with a WW2 skin/kind of graphically improved cod2...which to be honest would have been ok over the short term and i would have been content.
However MY GOD what have they made, its the most annoying gamming experience ever, the sound is from games i used to play in 1990, the maps are just randomly placed junk, you can kill people without aiming, the graphics are bizzare, and the dogs, dont get me started on the dogs. Someone releases the dogs and they go round and kill every single enemy, one bit/one kill. wtf is that flare thing doing aswell! the. Its worse than some of the mods released for COD 4. You would actually have to try harder to mess COD up than make something playable.
Its a disgrace that this game is released on the PC, if they want to release this ***p on consoles then fine, make your money and prostitute the COD name to dog loving 12 year olds waving a wii remote around. The PC is what made COD, how easy they forget!
 
I like my cod battered.

(seriously it's the 5th game, go back to the good ones and have a ***dream over them)
 
I played on a server with only 12 people on s&d and really loved it.
Public is horrible but it was like that with cod4. I think wars is where
this game will have its life cycle.

i think its good.

got to understand its not made by IF so it's never going to be top $ but i think they done a fairly good job. i had a blast playing last night, its nice to get a semi auto rifle in my hands.

the sounds im sure will be higher qual in final release. im sure its going to be great.

its got complete single player coop and zombie coop, you cant ask for more then that.

Stop giving pc gamers a bad rep by being a little cry baby. WAW is not a bad game some people are making it out to be, you're just wanting it to be better than COD4 which isn't going to happen unless IW made WAW. No one is forcing you to play it, if you don't like it, go play another game.
