if u do not like it dont play it. freaking jibba jabba my a**. much better then cod4 even if it is really similar, wait for pro mod if u in multiplayer. i am actually looking forward for single player as they always make a good one

Awesome. Not only is your spelling awful, but after two year on these forums you still don't seem to have read the FAQ yet.

I'd advise you read the FAQ and edit your post accordingly.
 
I think people are missing the point of this thread. It's to vent the mindless anger/fustration of playing the WAW beta, so the official thread dosen't get clogged up.
 
I am a bit bored with FPS games these days. Nobody seems to be doing anything new, FarCry 2 while shiny didn't really add anything to the genre (unless you like killing Zebra). Please someone come out with a decent FPS game that offers a jaded shooter something special!

I’m sorry but just can’t let this one go which I think for the PC gaming is one of the most disastrous landmarks. I have played Call of Duty for more hours than I care to think about, and have played all cod games (first being the definitive and best). I have still continued to support the series despite these game creators trying their best to mess it up and watch as it has become increasingly "arcadey" and therefore worse.

COD4 I thought although dumbed down for the console users did have some things to offer in certain areas. I thought CODWAW would be pretty much identical to COD4 with a WW2 skin/kind of graphically improved COD2...which to be honest would have been ok over the short term and I would have been content.

However MY GOD what have they made, its the most annoying gamming experience ever, the sound is from games I used to play in 1990, the maps are just randomly placed junk, you can kill people without aiming, the graphics are bizarre, and the dogs, don’t get me started on the dogs. Someone releases the dogs and they go round and kill every single enemy, one bit/one kill.

WTF is that flare thing doing as well! Its worse than some of the mods released for COD 4. You would actually have to try harder to mess COD up than make something playable.

Its a disgrace that this game is released on the PC, if they want to release this **** on consoles then fine, make your money and prostitute the COD name to dog loving 12 year olds waving a Wii remote around. The PC is what made COD, how easy they forget!

WAW is nothing like COD3. Waw is a lot more intense and more fun. You guys need to lower your expectations and except the fact that not everyone game that comes out is going to be the next holy grail of gaming. Waw isn't perfect, far from perfect, but its fun, and thats all that matters.
