I've used them a few times - but they generally send you an email telling you that they wont pay the full amount due to damage - I've been duped a few times - but they're very quick!
Duped? No.
If its damaged (we test and check things very stringently), we don't pay top dollar for it. Damage can range from scratches and cracks, to intermittently faulty keys, faulty data ports/card slots, etc etc.
So not always visible damage to the eye.

Nope, just the phone. If any accessories appear (inc chargers), they get thrown into a big box (and I mean a VERY big box).
We make money by selling them in extremely large quantities to overseas purchasers.

update time, as u can see from my last post i sent the order on wednesday night. recieved a freepost envelope and delivery note etc this morning, so have wrapped the phone in a bit of bubble wrap, stuck it in the envelope along with the delivery note as per the instructions and will post it first thing tomorrow morning

update time again. posted the phone this morning. decided to go against the freepost and sent it special delivery to make sure its fully insured. hopefully by this time next week i'll have a cheque for £150 popping through the door!

update time again 
phone was posted saturday morning, got an email today at 14.25 saying they have recieved my phone and are processing my order... then got another email at 15.39 saying my order has been completed and they have now posted my cheque for £150

Final update, Cheque for £150 came today So pleased with the service, sent my "order to sell" online on wednesday night, recieved the paperwork on friday morning, posted phone on saturday morning, they recieved this on yesterday, sent cheque yesterday and i now have £150!
I would recommend this service to anyone, top notch!
