Surprising considering that every 13th thread someone yells "SEND THEM BACK!!!" :p

Clinton had 8 years in office and he never invaded Iraq yet Isreal is still here...your argument that you need McCain to be in office because he is better at foreign policy doesn't hold water.

That wasn't my argument so you can't really disagree with it, Iran didn't have the army it has now, back then, its exponentially bigger and fully capable of a full scale invasion of Iraq now and they have a far larger nuclear program, even if it is just for power, now than in CLintons time aswell. Not to mention the guy has been threatening to wipe ISrael off the face of the planet(his words not mine) SINCE clinton was in office.

Tax cuts and spending was handle well by Clinton,

Just look at the spending of tax money vs revenue, fact is Bush has 8 years in charge and his control of the economy and banks have ruined the worlds economy and people want to put McCain in charge a 70 odd year old bum chum of Bush. History does not lie and neither will Obama

Yes and no, whoever was in charge was going to go to war with Afghanistan and 99% likely Iraq to, Clinton didn't have two large scale wars and more significantly, costly occupations afterwards to deal with. Different situation, different economy.

When you're somewhere south of $10 trillion in debt it all becomes rather academic what you do or don't do in regard of tax cuts at the level of the 'ordinary joe' or Pete the Plumber.

Of course the huge debt isn't actually as big a deal as it seems, or maybe it is, if we really do hit a huge recession, worldwide, the debt won't grow anymore, because no one will lend them money, which will leave them with a massive gap between spending and incoming taxes.

TO Berseker, I made up the 18 times on this particular situation that he's changed his mind on, but almost every single one of his early promises/plans have changed. His single biggest thing at the start, the biggest democrat vs republican difference was, staying in IRaq or pulling out as soon as possible, it was without question the biggest issue. McCain hasn't changed his stance, we need to stay there till we need to stay there, we need to not pull out early and plunge the country into civil war, leave it ripe to control by Iran and for terrorists to move into as a haven with no control for them. Obama was for pulling out almost a year before he got in power, he's since decided he feels exactly the same as McCain, and everyone else. He's also, as I've said before, now admitted the surge of troops has massively increased security over there, greatly decreased the danger to our troops due to increased security and has been a massive success. Yet he still claims he was right to oppose the surge of troops, they are essentially mutually exclusive stances but there you go.

If drunkenmaster's oratory is anything like his posting then he'd whup Castro for length of speeches.

Its damn hard to make short posts when you know everything :(

is it racist if a black person votes for Obama becasue he's black?

Probably not, it's only racist if a white person doesn't vote for him because he's black. ;) I for one can't wait for him to shed his Ivy League image and 'Crip Walk' to the podium after the election is over and start his address with "Wassup ******?".
