I am quite liberal but for violent crimes like this when it is obvious they are guilty and they are going to be locked up forever and there is no point rehabilitating then let em 'av it imo.

hows it cost effective? if the judicial system is good, then it would cost millions in court fees before the death penalty could be used. If it doesn't have those safe guards it should never be used.

Depends entirely on the psyche of the person - intolerable for some and not that big a deal for others.

Build a massive well, with no climbable walls, and throw them down there.

But then that would be in-humane obviously.

yes, as the cost is not from the killing, but from the judicial system and the trials. without those safe guards death penalty should not even be considered.
The cost of the trials you can never get away from. the cost of imprisoning people you could reduce significantly.
