Next time correct her when she acts like this. Touch her sharply and make a "shhhhhp" sound. She will learn to associate this with being disciplined. This sharp touch is similar to when her mum would have disciplined her when she was young.
Always respond to her in a calm assertive state and reward her when she displays a calm submissive state of behaviour. The objective is to not create fear but to establish that you are the pack leader. This will then allow you to define what is acceptable behaviour for her to follow.
Be aware that she will respond to your energy, and that projecting the wrong sort of energy will cause her to respond in an undesirable manner.
From what you have described, she requires to be walked at least twice a day, as she will be easier to teach when she has a lower energy level.
If her behaviour is deemed wholely unacceptable, it may be necessary to put her on the floor, and restrain her belly up to display in a forceful manner that you are pack leader and that only a calm submissive state is acceptable. You may require others to assist you in doing this.
Good luck, and I hope that she is not a Red Zone case,
