Most places ship early tho so you have the game on release day, so fingers crossed they should start sending them out today/tomorrow.
As long as I have it for the weekend i'll be a happy bunny.

Its not as though you can download this and play it until then, imo the single player is boring and playing with randoms is hilariously fun.

I'm paying double for a product, to have less of a product just to get it early =/
Playing this would be awesome if it wasn't for the horrific lag. Anyone know of a way to start local servers straight away, bypassing the matchmaking system? Me and a couple of mates tried to play verseus against each other and playing as infected is impossible.
Enable console via options, then type 'openserverbrowser' into console, set the server limits and you should only see the decent EU ones.
Might try that later on, got lectures to attend first
. During the demo we were able to play via hamachi on a lan server every now and again, although the route to the decent servers sounds good i'm looking for more of a lan environment. Is this an option via the browser?Dont know, havent tried LAN yet, had no issue with lag early this morning on the 3 or 4 servers I joined via console commands.

EDIT: Sex is good after all though..... sex is verrrrrry good (with girls, not zombies).
Maybe Coronation Street is a good thing then?!?! I dunno, im confused.

I had a play this morning, and its great fun! Tried the VS matches playing as a zombie - each time you die you respawn as a random 'boss' zombie (smoker, hunter, tank etc), but you walk around as a ghost and choose where to respawn - so you can surprise the other players etc.
There seems to be few NPC zombies on these levels, but puking on people (that fat one) calls forth the hoard on them. Also, when playing as a hunter, tall buildings had foot marks up their sides, so you could climb up and pounce on people etc.
When zombie players start working together you can have a lot of fun.
