I have been trying to get more than 4Ghz out of this processor but i cannot get it stable above 4Ghz. I am obviously happy with 4Ghz but it's always nice to go faster.
My system is:
P5Q Deluxe
Q9650 - VID 1.25v
Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5 TwinX
Water Cooling
Settings are:
Multi: 9X
FSB: 445
Ram: PC1069 5 5 5 15
CPU V: 1.3v
CPU PLL: 1.54v
FSB Termination: 1.34v
DRAM: 2.2v
NB: 1.3v
NT GTL: 0.625v
Temps:
Idol - 38c
Prime95 - 54c
IntelBurnTest - 74c
At these settings Memtest runs fine, IntelBurnTest runs fine, Prime95 fails on 1 core occasionally.
If i give the CPU more voltage nothing changes but the temps, but at higher FSB it will boot to windows but Prime95 fails within seconds and the IntelBurnTest fails every 2/5.
I have reduced the memory speed to rule that out but i still see same problems?
Any suggestions?

)... Have had to use higher voltages than most to get it stable at 3.4. As i found like yourself, cores would fail on prime95 every so often
