Anyway, to the OP:

The main points have been highlighted:

  • You're probably not eating enough
  • You need to eat a protein biased diet, but carbs are still important - just the right ones.
  • You need fats - but good fats and not hydrogenated or saturated fats ( though some of the latter is good)
  • You need to eat probably a little more regularly
  • Don't miss breakfast
  • Eat a varied and wholesome diet, cut out the crap.
  • Get a good routine at the gym (go to the SA for this)
  • Train so hard you want to cry
  • Be patient - it's not going to happen over night
  • KEep a log of your training and your diet
  • Ask for advice
  • Have the right attitude
  • Change your lifestyle - this is the hardest one to do
  • Make some sarcrifices
  • Sleep well, go to bed at a sensible time and don't be lazy
  • The "my metabolism is too fast" excuse is crap.
  • IF you want it, you're going to have to work hard for it

Get on a 5x5 strength and size routine at the gym (squat, deadlifts and benching for the win), eat 3000 calories a day and drink

everyday with full fat milk.

STOP SUGGESTING SUPPLEMENTS!

Eat real food, go to the gym regularly and forget about whey protein or mass supplements for now.

just eat everything in sight and go the gym 5x a week for now

ignore supplements for now... they wont make you any bigger if youre still eating poorly
