Thanks. Alas, I've already tried that (the full game even has the option to disable/enable muti-core use in the video options). Might of stopped the out-and-out locks ups that required a hard-reset, but it's still pausing now and then (sound looping, followed by a black screen, then painfully getting back into the action) :( Just had it crash on my while loading too, required Ctrl+Alt+Del'ing.

run in a windowed mode with no border no crashes for me after that and dissable steam cloud do the same with v-sync

Add this to the launch options and try it then.

-windowed 1 -noborder

(btw you should use the above for all source apps that were released AFTER orange box, works a treat for that crappy non tab backishness!)

Where are all the extra guns? They are the same ones that are in the demo.

And does anyone know the command to reduce the crosshairs size? I want to do head shots not spray shots! lol

Printscreen isn't the best idea of doing screenshots. It stores 1 pic at a time to memory rather than to the hard drive. F5 has been the default screenshot key for years but double check in controls
 
Had some great games last night but was to messed up to remember who I was playing with :o Thanks to you guys anyway :p
Played my first game of versus last night & although it takes a while to work out the attacks & the best way to work the roles I liked it.
The games a lot of fun but I do wish people would use there mics more even if it is just being keyed up to laugh there **** off :D
