The car is called the Turbinchen, its a 996 which has been turbocharged and heavily modified, pushing out 800bhp.

Unfortunately the car is no longer around as it got written off, they are working on a new one based on a cayman atm though.

According to this german page (Translated by google) its 0 to 100km/h time is 2.5 seconds.

The car is 700PS according to the DVD sleeve. That lap is from 25th October 2003, the driver is Uwe Alzen.
