Well you may have 1 years 9 months without a claim in Feb = 1 years NCB
In June you would have 2 years 1 month without a claim = 2 years
*Runs*
Is that not so?[TW]Fox;12968601 said:You only get an NCB for each full year of insurance?

There is no reason why you can't get a decent enough quote for about £1500 on this sort of car at this age unless you live in a crap area which further increases the chance of this being yet another dreamer therad.
I hope you realise the running costs and depreciation of a 2005 SL350 are going dwarf your insurance. Also, the SL350 is pointless - the SL500 is the one to buy.

Insurance on a 350 should be minimal with that criteria, i am 23 with 0NCB and get very low quotes on the small engines.
Try bell.co.uk, putting a middle aged woman as a named driver.
It's not a 3.5L either, dick.
your a noob
And regarding claims... I started driving in June 07 and so by Feb i will only have one years no claims. But bu June i will have two. So rathern than being patronising why not either 1)use your brain 2)ask me to explain if i was unclear?
And gurdas I really can't imagine any situation where a student has landed such a good job they can buy a 25K high insurance car !
I may be a little slow but;
Did you start your insurance 4 months early to have 1yr ncb in Feb? But then if you did how can you get another years ncb in 4 months? Or 2 separate policies which you would have a lot of trouble combining?
If you dont 'buy it' why post at all? Just to be a pain? You dont have to be that 'talented' to be able to buy a £25,000 car at 22. Maybe i have worked long hours and saved up/parents are buying it for me/won some money/have a great job or one or more of the above? If you dont think its possible then i am afraid your wrong as this is a genuine post by me.
