Looking for a small, quiet PC for my wife

My wife has been using a Laptop connected to a Monitor, keyboard & mouse but it has just died.
So, I am looking for a small, quiet PC which will be used mainly for Internet browsing, emails, family history & word documents. As you can see it does not need to be of a very high spec. I would prefer a small form desktop PC rather than another Laptop as it would take up less desk space. Most laptops in the cheaper ranges tend to be a bit noisy which is a problem.
Does anyone have any recommendations as to where I should look for a PC to fit my requirements or what bits to use to construct one.
I have looked at the Overclockers "Primo Pro" AMD Athlon X2 5600 2.90GHz SILENT DDR2 System, but this looks to be a bit too large & i am not sure how quiet it is.

The Eee box as suggested is perfectly fine for activities you say your wife will be doing. However if you might want to think about getting one of the "studio" line models from a certain major online computer provider (can't mention them as they are a competitor). Also how about a mac mini?

If you want to build one the easiest way would be to buy a bare bones Shuttle box:

Add 1GB of RAM, 160 GB HDD, DVD-+RW and an entry level core2duo

I'd give the Eee a recommendation here, perfect for what she want's in a PC, powerful enough for it aswell.

Contact OcUK and ask for dimensions and how quiet it is. It has to be pretty damn quiet if it's got SILENT in it's name!
