Pressure washers are excellent
especially when combined with a foamgun like this:
A touchless wash is perfectly possible with these things. Foam the car up, leave the foam to dwell and run down the car, loosenning the dirt. Give it a blash with the pressure washer and you can take this much crap off the car :

That foam wash does look impressive, i've become lazy these days
That's what Polish people were invented for. Not only are they fantastic at getting the most from a Spitfire when on the tail of the Bosh, they are also world class at getting the most from cleaning a car for a 10 pound note. I swear by them, top invention.

Are there any decent 'self contained' pressure washers - ie with an inbuilt tank?
