Just wanted to share a snap i got out of the window of a Virgin 747 on my way to San Francisco. Apprently its quite a rare sight to Greenland with no cloud cover. Quite happy with the result concidering the horrific plastic window.

Still pretty new to taking photos as a hobby but here are a few I took tonight. Would love some feedback from people on here

Couldn't make my mind up on some of them so added both versions.

1 & 2 were taken with the new Canon 50mm I bought today after drooling over some of the pics in the nifty fifty thread.

went to Portsmouth with a friend to see the Spinnaker tower last weekend, i wanted to get a shot as the sun was setting but we were a bit late. took quite a few shots but only like these two.
still need that wide angle, my interests are leading me towards a macro lens tho
