Save me doing a search etc. Do VRaptors have much on normal Raptors? For speed I'm meaning, rather than heat/noise/power.
1.5tb storage would be a great thing for me to have in a single drive but the failure rate on these seagates is just too high. even the seagate forums are full of people having problems with these 1.5tb drives.
seagates official reply to sorting out these issues with thier drives is to drop the warranty from 5 years to 3 years. that says a lot for how thier faith holds up in thier engineering.
