Can you stream BBC Radio on iPhone?

Very tempted to get one when my contract's up next month but sadly I do like to listen to the news on my way to work. Can you stream Radio 4 on the iPhone or is there another way? Cheers

If the radio 4 shows that you are after are on iPlayer then you can do it from the iPlayer website

Buy Wunder Radio from the app store, costs a couple of quid but you can stream pretty much any station you want (including international).

IIRC correctly, Apple broke the application with firmware 2.1/2.2

If you like to listen to the radio then this is probably one of the best apps you can get.

Perhaps because you're using the wrong SIM in the phone?

I was suprised at how easy all this is on the N96. RealPlayer built in = Win!

Downloaded on jailbroken 2.2 and works fine. I downloaded it via iTunes then synced my iPhone. Just tried Radio 1 and 5 Live, works perfectly! I was going to pay couple of quid for an app in the store but this works just as well

WunderRadio is brilliant, has so many stations from all over the world, it even views the nearest stations according to your location through gps

(iTouch) Well - the links (BBCstreams) do not work on the iTouch and Fstream wont install on an iTouch with the updated software - so does anyone konw a way to stream BBC R4 or BBC R7 to an itouch. I know the iplayer works but I can't seem to stream live BBC radio - some other streamers on the "App Store" say "can't do BBC at the moment".

Anybody cracked this please?

I use Fstream on my Iphone 2g 2.2version software and I stream the links over my wifi without any problems. I have streamed Radio2 , 5live and Radio 4 without any problems at all. I am running unlocked software but no jailbreak though. Do you get an error message when running Fstream?

I get the message as above - "not compatible etc" when I try to install FStream on my iTouch; i.e. it won't install.
