As an alternative to Singstar for people who don't own a PS2/PS3 it's doing pretty well.
The microphones are very good quality and the package is pretty slick. The 41 tracks you start with are good enough and the dl tracks have been pretty good so far.

The import songs functionality is a bit hit and miss though imo. I have a Zune 80 and it does have trouble with the fact I have 4000+ tracks on it. Having said that once it syncs and you've imported some tracks it does work flawlessly. If you know the words, or have the lyrics to hand it works well but in a party situations we revert to the main tracks. I read an interview with Inis which said they have a lot planned re. importing but 'had' to get it out for christmas so hopefully we can look forward to a few updates.
At the end of the day it a karaoke game; you sing songs and have fun. This is great, Singstar is great.
