No way is acceptable, anyone spiking a girls drink should be jailed, if they then go on to sleep with them, it should be classed as rape. :mad:
 
how did the Dr confirm she was spiked? or was it just his opinion due to her state?

has she been for a test today, police contacted ,etc?
 
Bloody hell, I really don't understand why you'd do it. If you want to pay for a pill to get laid, just get a prostitute.

Get tefal to track em down and lay some smackdown on them. Ill help.
 
Funnily enough I'm reading about sexual offences as part as my Police training tonight. It's Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Section 61). Indictable offence which carries 10 year imprisonment.

In other words 4 months suspended sentence. :rolleyes:

She was totally incoherrent and puked as I pulled up.
We eventually called a Doctor who confirmed that she had been drugged and basically to stay with her until she came back.
He also suggested we put her clothes to one side just in case it was a sex attack.
Just before I went to work she came round and confirmed she had only had a couple of drinks and that she definitely remembers she wasn't with anybody when she left the house.
It was a family party but there were lads there who she didn't know.

Anyway, keep those thumbs over those bottles.

Sorry to hear that, but some of Az's posts should give you an idea what people might be like that down that end :eek:

Also, I believe you may have saved her life if she was pukking as someone who is drugged has weak involuntary responses :)
 
Are you sure she was spiked, strange that she was spiked at a family party, maybe she was just on the sambuca and had to much?
 
She could have taken drugs herself its not as if she would own up to it to her own father is it far easier to just say oh i was drugged i didnt have anything to do with it.
 
Someone surely must know the buggers you suspect who did this?

If so, is there anyway you could try and catch them/ royally bugger them up with the police? they deserve it!

why would she knowingly take drugs then go outside where it is dangerous ?

I can't believe your family let her leave by herself when she obviously wasn't herself!!

Fact - only 1/5 of people who claim to have had their drinks spiked actually test positive for drugs - the other 4/5 are just legless and embarrassed.

Bloody hell Dave, hope she's OK. You don't happen to know where about this party was do you, just in case there's a case of 'loose lips' (or God forbid, Bragging) around here.
