ignore that.. they said 2-4week for me.. it took just 3days. Perfect service so far. :)
 
Switched from Plusnet over a year ago and been v.pleased with the service. Running a fixed IP with the Bebox in bridging mode staight to my firewall.
 
is this a bit cheeky or ok?

im with pipex who are nortorious for charging you after you ahve cancelled.

I have setup a direct debit with them, rather then paying by CC

as soon as the DD si set up im going to cancel the service, and cancel the DD at the bank.

is this too cheeky or ok?

oh one more question,

can wireless support 17mb download speed or should i hard wire?

i would be careful with cancelling direct debit (although you are well within your rights to), my friend did that and they sent his details to a debt collector lol, took him a couple of weeks to convince them that it was their fault for overcharging
 
ive been with them for 7 years, so no contract to renew, just 30 days notice, ill let them take one more payment after canceling, just to be on teh saef side then, it cancelled. :)
 
All of the provided ones are cack. I have a Netgear DG834N. Well worth the investment. Just shove the BeBox in the cupboard.
 
do u know if i asked if they are any good,

OMG what a difference from pipex

1) they text me asking when iwould like my box delivered
2) they accidently charged me for the first month and connection when i was suppose to get it for free and then they refunded it instantly.
3) browsed their forums and staff actually help

what a difference!!
