Yeah downloading the link FireWizard posted (thanks :D). I've not actually recieved the key, but I've made it past the form on the Technet website. Recieved an email now and I need to confirm it, but shock horror, the server is busy. :( I'm guessing the key will be sent out, with download link when you verify your email address.

Ah thanks. Looks like i'll need to be patient then, once it half downloaded the next page before giving a connection error, all the other times the server is too busy. I'll try again nearer the iso being neraly downloaded, hopefully their servers will have quietened down by then :p
 
Well, I managed to start the download of the ISO from the link that FireWizard posted, but its only going at 300 KB/sec :(

As far as the key goes, after many hits of F5, I managed to log in to the technet site and fill in the form. All I get now though is the error page asking me to come back tomorrow.

So much for this beta experience.
 
Is this relevant for this beta?
According to Microsoft there are 2.5 million keys to go around worldwide so plenty in other words. Microsoft is also providing a QFE patch for the MP3 corruption issues that have plagued build 7000, this should be online shortly as KB961367. It's extremely important you apply this patch as you may lose parts of your MP3s if the patch is not applied. 32bit and 64bit patches are now available.

Do you think F5'ing on that "come back tomorrow"page is the way forward? i am at this stage too!

yeh but keys arent available til 8pm. so quit moaning.

Well thats what i'm doing at the moment.
I don't dare close the page and try again for fear that i'll never get that far again hehe

-Tauren- I believe other peaople have already managed to get keys. Or are the Technet subscribers?
 
right after i click english and the the little arrow looking button, im getting surver busy but can i just click F5 here or do i need to go back and select english again?
 
I'm trying to download the iso (i'll get the key later).

Is that download manager page supposed to keep refreshing or is it broken?
