You have to be logged into the technet first and paste the link in, don't click it. For some reason if you click the link it will take you to the main page, no idea why. (or at least did for me)

i had 14 IE 6 windows open and i had to sign into tectnet on each individual explorer window. so i was signed in 14 times

First, log-in into a Windows Live service (Live Mail, TechNet, Connect etc).
Open many tabs, each with the URL of https://www.microsoft.com/betaexperience/scripts/gcs.aspx?Product=tn-win7-64-ww&LCID=1033, don't click the link though, you have to paste it into the Address Bar.
Hit enter for each of the tabs, and check each tab.
If nothing has come up in the tabs, right-click a tab, and choose "Refresh All" for IE, and "Refresh All Tabs" in Firefox.

Nope.

Signed into Technet and am pasting link in and hitting Enter. Still takes me to Windows 7 home page.

Think I'll just leave check 4 change going and go and make breakfast I've installed W7 so I can use it, just need the key now though!

Try clearing cache, cookies etc. And use this link : https://www.microsoft.com/betaexperi...4-ww&LCID=1033 - I used that one the first time, which redirected to the one i linked. I could go to and refresh the one i linked fine, but its possible you have to go to this one first.

OK i gave up at 2am! Will try again now! If i get multiple keys i'll post one here - i know how annoying it is!!

Remember to use a different Microsoft Account when going for a second key, as each key is tied to MS account.

This is hopeless. Trying to use Check4Change but every now and then it ends up going to an MS Search error page which stops C4C in its tracks.

Just keep trying, no one seems to have any patience, with the amount of traffic that MS are getting at the moment it's gonna be a bit of a while before you get one.
