Hey all,
Thought I'd throw up a quick poll, as I'd like to know your opinion...
When you turn off your TV - do you leave it on Standby or do you turn it off at the mains?
Some TVs have an electrical on/off switch - therefore when you turn it off at the switch, it goes into Standby instead of turning it completely off. Do you choose to turn it off at the mains?
Is the energy used to power the device so you could just use your remote to turn it on, enough to worry about?
On your 360 - do you leave it in the mains socket (I.e. the power block stays lit all the time) or do you choose to turn it off at the mains?
And with your PS3 - do you leave the red light on or do you switch the switch behind it?
I'd just like to know your opinion on this - it seems when I ask people, some people say that the energy is so little you need not worry about it, and so they keep their devices on standby, however some decide to turn it off at the plug.
Thanks
Marky
