It's funny this thread should pop up, I was in Holland and Barratt tonight, popped my pin in and the machine said "transaction done, please remove card". The women then said it hadn't uploaded to her till properlyand proceeded to try it again, TWICE! She finally scanned the card and got me to sign for it.
I sure hope it doesn't charge me several times!
Might look like it on your account until friday , payments get "shadowed" until they poll on a night....
It won't actually get charged , just appears to , so the customer knows who much money they have available in there account.
Once the server polls , its rectifies it. Sometimes it takes another day but very often.
IRCC holland and barret use integral as there solution , which we use also.
