Skins new series

Have to add my $0.02, was really excited by the first episode, but I have to agree that the latest one wasn't so good. I think its helping to build up story for the rest of the series but there was still plenty they could have added.

Would be good to see more ties with the previous series as they did in the first episode, but keep it subtle.

Anyway, fingers crossed for next weeks!
 
Last nights episode was Carp in my opinion.

Seems to me that the writers are relying on the audience being bigger idiots than the characters in the program.

I'm going to give it one more week, if it's as bad as this last episode then im going to leave it well alone.
 
I loved the first series, was awesome... within 5 minutes of the 2nd series i was :( are they trying to make it a slap stick comedy? i also dislike most of their charators and they look 12.

These series has tainted the good name of skins.
 
Cook is mint! haha

The fight scene was cringeworthy though, apart from that another decent episode.
 
Just watched episode 2, and whilst it did make me laugh a lot, I really do find Cook the most abhorrent television character I've ever seen.

I have never disliked a character SO much before, urgh!

Still, I quite like all the other characters, and whilst not as good as the first 2 seasons so far, it's still more entertaining than most telly at the mo.
 
Well that was easily my new favourite character. Shame the mother turned up.

I think the whole gangster thing with the guy from the office is ridiculous, and eating peppers for a contest.. Other than that awesome episode.

Oh and 13 ounces sold for £300, boy needs to go to marketing 101.

£140 for a decent ounce.
 
I don't care about any of the characters.

In the first series they all seemed flawed but the only thing I can see is that 'Cook' is a grade A ****.

The rest might as well be cardboard cutouts with thunderbird esque mouth movements and darting eyes.

Overall, F-, must try harder.
