Not always true my girlfriend is really skinny yet eats loads and is a pretty good cook. The time spent working for a catering company was a good one

About the same per centage of all replies to a picture of facially beautiful woman are that she's ugly too - nobody wants to go out on a limb and be the first to compliment and then find everyone disagreeing

You still don't need to change what you eat. Surely you just give them less of the same so they eat less than they need to to lose weight?

I always eat all the spare bits on the grounds that I'm a man and need more calories than the girlfriend. Usually there is no objection, but plan B is to point out I cook 90% of the time and I go buy the stuff 90% of the time and.

It is true that most people don't like the bag-of-bones type.
But similarly, most don't like the fatties. The proof was when I linked to the pics of Alba and Fox and everbody was complimentary about them, yet these women would certainly be classed as being on the thin side, rather than the fat side. Most women in this country are not as thin as Alba.

I say, post pics.

The above is certainly what I would call on the plump side and is probably closer to the body shape of the average woman in the UK.
