Tipping pizza delivery ppl when paying online?

Depends on how good they are. If its a quick delivery at a busy period, I might give them a pound or two, if it took bloody ages then I won't give them anything (same if they're miserable gits).
I didn't use to be able to get deliveries at my old house, and I've worked in a restaurant before, so I know the difference tips can make

Don't you pay more for ordering online? Could have sworn the last Dominos I "spec'd" myself was more expensive than if I ordered it over the phone. Meh, that's how I justify not tipping anyway.

Used a 25% off voucher, so that little lot came to just shy of £20

I tend to throw in a tip, but when they don't even show any appreciation for it then that ****es me off and I regret it afterwards... and also when I have things missing from my order and I tip them, as well as paying for what I haven't got and then tipping them I'm loosing out on a few quid sometimes. That's when I cant be bothered to phone them up and tell them what I am missing lol.

If it's polite to tip delivery guys for delivering pizza why is it not polite to not tip the postman everyday?

Well the postman drops it in the slot and walks away, it is so unpersonal and lame.

I think they should start making pizzas boxes that slot through the letter box but with enough paddling so it doesn't mess up the toppings on impact to our floor.

So what you're saying... is if Royal Mail suddenly decided tomorrow that every day they must knock and personally give the post to the house occupant, you would tip the postie every day?! I hardly think so
