Focus RS Review

I'm confused. Someone on here posted a link to the Ford website which had the main man from RS who said it will be 4WD. Yet on the review it says front wheel drive?

You're confused cause you're wrong :p

The RS bloke said it will be FWD, hence why it's FWD in the review.

The Focus RS is going to be on Fifth Gear which is on now. I'm more interested in the Atom 300 though.

FOCUS RS REVIEW - FIFTH GEAR

Fifth gear has been on 30minutes already HOWEVER in the second half there is the first television Focus RS review.

I thought some of you might be interested :)

I've just watched it again which has put me straight. I think I must have been half asleep when I watched it the first time around, but yeah FWD.

Anyway, sexy car, really does float my boat.

Saw the GTE bit at the start, Tiff is a right showoff, but does it so well.

Another crappy review of a hybrid aswell. I guess he liked to gloss over the price difference of the fuel.

Focus looked great and looks a decent car you could use daily, Plato made an excellent point about the slight delay softening that onslaught of torque that actually makes it more than pallatable with the power output.

Heh.

RevoKnuckle = bigger turbo = bigger delay so when you come out of a corner picking up a little bit of speed, turbo kicks in and weeeeeee no torque steer :p

Nice smooth power delivery is critical for traction, especially on those ultra low profile 19" tyres. They will have no 'shock absorbtion' properties in terms of helping traction.
