Look too close together, will rub the back of the neck quite badly I expect.
What's she running in there then? Busa lump?
dont you mean why arent they going through the harness holes?
its because the harness holes in the seats are too close together
id either have to modify the harness mounting points on the chassis which i really dont want to do, or get some different seats with a wider back so the holes are further apart.
Not strictly mine...well I bought it for the other half a few months back.
On a '03 plate. SE Model, Full service history, leather seats, sunroof, all new Continental ContiSport Contacts all round, ac, 20k on the clock for £3900.
Not a ding on it. It's not bad to drive either. Although 5th gear at 70mph seems like you need to change again!

Loving it so far, toying with the idea of an engine conversion later in the year when i finish uni. Should see 0-60 in around 7 seconds then.

For anyone who cares it has:
K&N 57i
Full resonated Miltek exhaust (4 into 1) and sports cat
Cosworth road cams
Lowered and remapped
Should be around 185+ bhp which makes it as quick as it should have been from the factory

Time to get flamed!
Rover 420 diesel, top spec with all electrics, fogs, air con etc. All working and with the better interior, full service history and no rust! Oh and not the pov spec 84bhp engine
Got this little number for £750 with 69k on the clock, on 77k now and still running beautifully.
Mods include the fuel pump adjuster (biggest BHP increase), a MAP sensor compensator to allow the ECU to deal with the 19psi of boost (up from 14-15), K&N panel filter, and soon to have a hybrid turbo and full induction kit.
I drive it like I'm escaping a hoarde of zombies chasing after me brandishing flamethrowers and machine guns, and still get 47ish MPG. God I feel sorry for my cars
