If you want to look like a commoner, good ahead.
Every man and his dog does it.
I'm currently at 6mm stretching it like once ever 2 months but I think I should slow down with it a little. Using plastic expanders I haven't come across any infections. When stretching Vaseline is your friend and keep steady with it don't be all like RAHHHH!!!! *SHOVE*.

That's about the same as I'm wanting. What size did you start with, and how long did it take to get to a 6mm ?
If you can't find any smaller than 4mm you can use a 2mm BCR or something. That's how I did it anyway.
I never had any infections - it smells quite a bit but that's no big deal unless your nose is unusually close to your ear.
I had mine stretched to 15mm and is now barely noticeable since taking it out a few years ago.
Edit: Not really noticeable unless close-up. Nobody has ever commented on it anyway. Close up however it does like like an arse:

.I've got 12mm in both lobes, but now it seems that everywhere I go, I see people with stretched ears. I think I'll get rid of them soon.
Nice one
Now to resist the temptation of stretching up quickly![]()

Shh, you were there once![]()

What if I was scalpelled straight to 15mm?![]()
My lip, tongue and septum are bigger than most of these..
*n (elitist with size)

Nah - pierced at 1.6 and stretched... I may scalpel once I get over 30mm but I love the shape of my ears...My septum was pierced with a 3.2mm needle and tapered straight to 4mm. Fun.You scalpelled up to 15mm?
I was looking at some pics of that on BMEzine...not for me. Especially as I'm only going to 6mm (8mm most).
Basically I'm not going beyond the point where it actually changes the shape of the ear on the outside (If you know what I mean).
