Earlobe stretching...

I'm at 4mm and have been too lazy to buy more tapers. Eventually want both ears at 10-12mm

Mines seem to always go quiet infected. I think its from me playing with them to much when i first strech.
Just take them out, was it was so cleaner and you will be all ok.

I went:

1.2 - 1.6 - pointless..
1.6 - 2.4
2.4 - 4
4 - 6

then i used a black plastic plug and wrapped a layer of electrical tape around it a day untill i got to 8. Worked great.

Then for 8 - 10 i used a rubber one, and let it loose in my ear. Don't advise this at all.. it mega hurt and messed up big time. Use tape. As i will be for going to 12mm.

I'm currently at 6mm stretching it like once ever 2 months but I think I should slow down with it a little. Using plastic expanders I haven't come across any infections. When stretching Vaseline is your friend and keep steady with it don't be all like RAHHHH!!!! *SHOVE*.

That's about the same as I'm wanting. What size did you start with, and how long did it take to get to a 6mm ?

I like the smaller plugs, think they work well. I dunno if I would get them done to myself because I don't think they would look good on me and I don't wear any jewellery anyway and just seems like hassle have to keep stretching them. But each to their own and get them if you want to.

I've got 12mm in both lobes, but now it seems that everywhere I go, I see people with stretched ears. I think I'll get rid of them soon.

same here, although only 1, Ive had mine @12mm for 14 years, although i do still like it, maybe cause i like whats in it rather than how big it is.

Just an update. I finally started it today, managed to pick up a set of 9 different sized tapers for just £9, bargain

The best advice I can give is GO SLOW!

Wait 8-12 weeks between stretches.

If you go slow and pay attention to your body then you won't tear your skin. If you don't tear your skin then you won't get infections and if you actually wash yourself then it will never smell.

After nearly 9 years I'm almost at 1". I have all the time in the world. I'm not going to ruin my nice, fat and healthy lobes just to get a few mm bigger too quickly.

What if I was scalpelled straight to 15mm?

My lip, tongue and septum are bigger than most of these..

You scalpelled up to 15mm? :eek:

I was looking at some pics of that on BMEzine...not for me. Especially as I'm only going to 6mm (8mm most).

Basically I'm not going beyond the point where it actually changes the shape of the ear on the outside (If you know what I mean).

Nah - pierced at 1.6 and stretched... I may scalpel once I get over 30mm but I love the shape of my ears...My septum was pierced with a 3.2mm needle and tapered straight to 4mm. Fun.

Basically I'm not going beyond the point where it actually changes the shape of the ear on the outside (If you know what I mean).

I have more 'spare flesh' than Benjo and I'm more than twice the size...it's all in piercing placement and stretching method.

I went ear peircing to 3mm, waited a month and did a mm a week up to 15mm, then shrunk it to 10-12.

It's been like that for a year with no problems and no cats bum.

Mate of mine has not only his lobes stretched to a huge size (when he takes the plugs out it just leaves horrid ragged holes you can easily put 2 fingers through), but also stretched his labret (center lower lip for those who don't know). Has to have a plug in there constantly too - if he removes that.....yeah.....
