F.E.A.R 2, The official thread.

Yeah i can move, and everyones dead, ive ran around the whole area, gutted as i was really enjoying it, when i go next to him, he just opens his arms like a plane and thats it, ive even tried blasting the ground next to his feet with rockets the lot to try and get him to shift, but nada. :(
 
I totally agree with Rybo89, at first i was really pleased with the game but then i got bored quick. I mean why all the closed corridors still? The bullets didnt have as much inpact and the A.I seemed worse.

I think 7/10 is a fair score
 
I got past it, i was just loading from the last save point before (as i didn't realise there was a mission select, which worked), so this time insted of him being stuck standing next to the armoured carrier, he went over the other side and crawled under the metal fence, and then when she said go get him, i had to follow, though why he never did that the first time is a mystery.

Nvm, least i can carry on with the bugger now.
 
I thought it was a gd game but to me was'nt as scary as the 1st game at all , maybe after playing the 1st one you know what to expect a bit i dont know , still well worth playing though.

there is a update out which says you can
Implemented a toggle for film grain in the Options|Performance|Advanced Settings menu

but ive looked and cant find it anyone else see it as i want to turn it of

Theres a Film Grain Removal Mod here if anyones interested, but i personally like it, adds to the atmosphere. :)

Tried this from the 1st page.

Im upto the big room with the snipers in now (where you have to remove the obstruction from the tram, and your following Keegan). :D
 
Im quite enjoying this so far, aint had too much time to play it due to work, but it seems like a nice solid well made game. Nothing ground breaking, really just an extention of the orginal, but still, its good. It kind of reminds me of old fps games, but maybe that is just the health packs instead of the regenarating health.
 
I don't seem able to play this game for more than half an hour before I get bored. I still haven't [been arsed] to complete it, despite looking forward to its release.
 
To be honst i was the same but the last 20-30% was actually quite good fun. Really cool sniper parts and a mono rail (was a little hard) but yeah overall a massive disapointment.
