It's not actually a bad deal for people who are not into overclocking...their paying a a difference of £12.45 for a system that's overclocked and stable
(well stable as long as the buyer uses the same system specs OC are using in their test system that is.... PSU included)
If you bought this system separately it would cost you £496.72 that's with shipping (cheaper if your a forum member) £509.17 if you buy this bundle...all in all its an excellent deal.

Is the cooler any good? This is approaching a level where i might buy it![]()
not the best then, i think most people will want a better cooler
whos been playing crysis![]()
we have been using the bundle with a tuniq tower today - just to get a basis for comparison for the gelid cooler
the tuniq is reaching the same temps as the gelid
i know from clocking 920's to 3.3ghz on other bundles that the temps are in the same region as the akasa nero and about 8'c warmer than the noctua
not bad for a £20 HSF
considering we have compared it to £40+ heatsinks that perform within 10'c
Yeah, I don't see the point of all the bashing going on here. Sure, you could get X number of different parts and overclock it yourself, but for the inexperienced builder/user, it's a good deal. I know I'd have appreciated it back in the day when I put my first machine together.
