Yeah, you sure it's a proper GTC and not tied to the serial number in the box or something?

Yup, it's usable by current subscribers as well as new ones.
The only difference is that if you use the GTC code on a new account you'll get an exclusive Interbus Shuttle and enhanced faction standings. You don't get those if you add the GTC to an existing account.
Also, that store only seems to let you order one copy for preorders.
Shame as I was going to purchase a few. Hopefully they'll keep that price for a while!

And supposedly you can split the 60 days into 2x 30 day cards.

you will be able to pick it up for less than a fiver at some point anyway like the last eve box
Do you like mining? have you looked into the isk/hour from high-sec mining? are you willing to risk getting your Hulk blown up in low-sec profitable mining?

Id rather eat my own head than sit mining roids for any amount of time... That said ive got the skills to run a hulk, but, i never use it.

Yeah mining is how you make money when you're playing something else
Research agents are better though. I've just finished skilling up and grinding rep for Duvolle labs, and it's very gratifying to see the research points building up, especially since it means if you stop playing for a few months, you always have a shedload of cash waiting for you when you come back

Just started R & D agent grinding, onyl got a lvl2, but i cant see how it brings in a lot of isks... I get about 13.9RP a day, need 50RP for a datacore that sell for 160,000 isks... to be honest, with an hour of mining, id make more than id get in a month of this guy...
But, he is only lvl2, so i think maybe the lvl 3's and 4's are much better at giving RP's and maybe rocket science isnt the best to have started on
