Anyone else a bit puzzled about the scoring system? If you place both bombs and defend them until they explode it's 4 points (2 for each bomb), if you kill the assassination target or survive as the assassin it's 4 points, if you capture a propaganda speaker it's 2 points but score a headshot in team death match with all the relevant medals unlocked and it's an instant 4 points. Search and destroy rounds can last for ages, to only get the same amount of points as a quick kill in TDM assuming you planted BOTH bombs is a bit of an insult considering the effort involved. Here's a quick summation of a few of the puzzling score issues i have:
Medic revives = 1 points and a long recharge
Medic heals = 0 points
Planting a bomb = 0 points
Diffusing a bomb = 0 points
Wounding the assassination target = 0 points
Killing someone while defending your assassination target = 0 points
Carrying the Propaganda very close to the speaker but getting killed = 0
One headshot on a TDM server = 4 points
The developers seem to have prioritised kills over teamwork/objective completion. The result of this is that if you want to get high up the weekly scoreboard, play TDM, yawnfest. There just seems to be no reward for trying/getting close to completing an objective and very little reward for actually completing it. Surely it would, for example, make more sense to award something more significant like 10 points per bomb planted that detonates?
[EDIT] The one i find most stupid is no points for healing, surely they could dole out 1 point per 100hp healed or something? Dropping health packs around an area you're trying to defend is very useful to the team and at present i just do it out of hoping that the 50% gained from my team winning will be greater than the number of points lost by not going on a rampage killing spree.
