Why does she bring you food? Seems a bit odd. Do you need feeding up and she's being matriarchal?

Not sure really, she just does, she does ask me if I liked each time, sometimes I'll say 'it was good' in a way that she knows that I mean 'ok', and then she'll try and better it, I know she likes me to enjoy the food because when it is genuinely nice and I compliment it she is very happy.

No I don't, and in some rare circumstances men and women can be just friends, I believe women are better at this than men though, often I find men can secretly fancy their female friends for years, you only have to read some of the post's in the confession thread to see clarification of that, I'm sure it happens with women also but less so from my experience.

Yes you can flirt with people and not fancy them, as long as both of you know the know the ground rules and don't take it two far it's just a bit of innocent fun. Not always advisable when your both drunk though :p.


Anyway, as I said on the previous page I'm gonna grab her a nice bottle of plonk and a card.

lol where I work thats not a problem... infact it seems to have become expected... from what I remember of the christmas party there was 2 inflatable sex toys including some pig thing and a hopping penis thing in the secret santa.

Basically there's this waitress in work, I'm 'friends' with her but not 'close' friends, I don't go out with her or anything, anyway, she always brings stuff in for me to eat, mainly her home cooking, cakes, pies etc, she's a very nice person, always friendly and upbeat, she is married with two kids, I do joke around flirting a little with her from time to time, nothing serious though.

I had something similar happen to me at my old work :) ended up in bed with her pretty drunk but walked away as she was married / had kid and i had a girlfriend at the time so couldnt go through with it.. so yeah, maybe your in there :p
