ojste is on a standard pad - however he is from oriental roots, so it gives him an unfair racial advantage.
I say he needs to play with a handicap ;)

im also not a pro lol :p

all the pros will use sticks, no question about it. i think most people will get on fine with a pad though. a stick will let you do some extra stuff which is very hard (some stuff bordering on physically impossible) on the layout of the pad but you gotta think if you're actually gonna be using that sort of stuff. try both if you can and see what you like and if it makes a difference for you
 
He rarely uses fierce unless its at the end of a combo - when you arent button bashing is surprising how easy the pad is to transverse

I was using the control pad, no point me getting an arcade stick I've always played SF since the snes days on a control pad. The few times I have played in the arcades I find it difficult.

I find that hard to believe, there is a lot of tapping sounds in the above vid, the kind an arcade stick makes? Control pads don't make that sound, or at least mine doesn't.
 
i use a pad, i thought it would be obvious for the same reason (the sounds from my vids).

they are squishy pad button sounds, compare them to krees/rp's vid who use 'clicky' sticks :p

Just had my match with Bad7777

First match 0:2 to Bad

Second match 2:0 to me

Third match 2:1 to me (he won the first round and I won next 2)

He is a very good ken player up close and good with the dash cancels into ultras/supers etc.

Had to play the wait and bait game :) and keep him at distance.

Very very close match.

RichieUk I can play before 8 tonight (next 20 mins) or will be back online at 10 that's if your around and want to play the final today.

I could Pur-Chase one but i'm not sure if i'd be able to use it and it costs a lot ;o Might help me do Ryu's hard trial 3 though ;) Although it does seem possible on the pad.
