Basically grab a buddy key or setup a trial account, make your character and get stuck in :) it;s quite daunting at first, best bet is to join OcUK public :)

Ah ok, will i still get the increased standings etc?

Quite fancy being a big frieghter or some other economic juggernaught.

the increased standings was just an item that "fast tracked" you through to a militia recruitment if you wanted to go into faction warfare, it isnt actually a standings boost.

How can I join the OCUK public thingy, I'm a total eve noob but figured I'd like to give it a go so got the trial and so far so good. I like X etc. so it's pretty good for me.

Channels and mailing lists on the left hand side, join channel, OcUK. And away you go.
 
Man I miss EVE so much. :(

I havn't played in 4-5 months or something. I have my reasons. :p

I'll probably be kicked out the corp I was in and what not, one of the guys even gave me one of his spare accounts. :eek: I don't have a pc at home! Must play. :(
 
Yeah they *said* it was coming in trinity, i heard about it before i even started playing! To be honest, they don't even have AA working properly which is a fraction of the work.

Will be cool if it does happen but i'm not holding my breath!
 
Traqnuility went down for like 30mins due to database failure :( atleast i completed the mission i was doing before i went..

All the links on eve-o forum have been removed due to something in the title of the vid. :/

Eve failed to start tonight and I've had to re-install it.
12 hrs to go FFS
Spend some money on faster download servers you tight gits. :D
 
Instead of restarting my old account (Which I had active for just a month) I've decided to go for another trial :) On my way to a station that's 21 jumps away to apply to the Eve University :D Hopefully they can help me (Being a eve newbie) along my way and get more involved in Eve :p
