Rainmeter, system info is hud vision, don't know what skin the clock is though. But 10-ft HUD in the third link is a nice skin.

Yer its not as smooth as rainmeter. You would think it would be the same really.

The thing at the top is just the windows address toolbar with some other toolbars, it's part of windows, though you don't seem to be able to arrange them that way in vista.
And ha, i haven't used kazzaa for years, is it still active?
