Thorny subject really, because a disability can count towards the execution of the job role. This is why I don't get this whole "equality" thing. But i'll not get started on that rantEDIT: Also, the job should go to the best candidate, regardless of ethnicity or disabilities.

I'm baffled at both the fact he is even trying to claim for this, and that he actually believes he could do the job to any extent :/

I generally agree and most people who are seeking employment who have disabilities aren't anywhere near as bad as Mr Suleman's, stupidity not withstanding.Most disabled people are reasonable about what they can and can't do, and they will apply for jobs accordingly.

He insists that the role - 'all about observing people or places either on foot or by vehicle' - could have been adapted so he could track targets by train, coach or taxi.
