I assume you don't like the interior of my Mercedes, then?![]()
Is that just a bad picture or is the interior really that nasty. The steering wheel looks aweful

It must be a bad picture then, as the S-class is sold world round for having the nicest interior (and ride etc) in the world. (Bar extreme examples, granted)
Anyway, point is that i like wood fittings in interiors, i cannot be the only one given that its a standard fitting in virtually every luxury vehicle, and imitated regularly in cheaper stuff.
The silver trim looks a lot better to me. What is the difference between the cars ? as the steering wheel looks better in the wood trimmed car which I assume is your dads 530d however I thought that was a SE ?

That tall gearstick is downright nasty.
Why don't they just stick to the shortened one and be done with it?
wood interiors look so dated, real or fake
do any new "luxury cars" still come with wood panel interiors?!

It's obviously not as contemporary as Tartan seats but you cant have everything![]()
Have you contacted Aston and Bentley etc to tell them to perhaps re-think their interior wood panelling choice by the way? They are sure to change it when they hear that a student off the internet thinks that their cars are for grandad's only![]()
